Do I have to upload anything myself?
Most clients choose our Photo Lab convenience path—your haul is photographed and organized for you. If you prefer, you can upload your own images prior to shipping.
What if I have more jerseys than I want in the final build?
That’s common. Inside your Private Atelier, you choose which panels are included in the final layout—then we verify count and sizing so the build stays clean and intentional.
What if I want to include a photo or special moment?
You can upload images inside your Private Atelier for custom printed panels—perfect for filling a void, honoring a milestone, or installing a centerpiece moment into the story.
Can I request something off-system?
Yes—your Master Craftsman can review off-system ideas and custom placements. If it supports the story and the build, we’ll map the cleanest way to execute it.
When does production start?
Production begins only after your layout and system configuration are approved inside the Private Atelier™.
