We guarantee to maintain communication with you throughout the journey of your jerseys, from their arrival to becoming a cherished heirloom that you will treasure forever. Should you find yourself a few panels short but still wish for a larger Jersey Blanket, remember that we can custom-create additional panels to fulfill your desired blanket size. We kindly request that your jerseys be washed and cleaned before they are sent to Jersey Blanket. The state in which we receive them is exactly how they will be incorporated into your blanket. Please note that while we do press the jerseys before cutting, ensuring their cleanliness beforehand ensures the best possible outcome for your keepsake.

Our skilled design and cutting team carefully deconstructs each jersey, separating the front and back by removing the seams and sleeves. This preparation leaves the essential parts of the jerseys ready for pressing, setting the stage for the final phase of creation and design.

Final Creation & Design of Panels
At this stage, we meticulously align the jerseys to ensure centering and optimal showcasing of their most significant features on both the front and back. We then precisely cut them into panels, preparing them for the sewing process with the utmost attention to detail for a flawless finish.

Upon receipt of your blanket customization preferences, your materials are ushered into the stitching phase, where our expert seamstresses commence the meticulous process of sewing the pieces together.

Your Jersey Blanket Goes to the Master Long-Armer
After the top layer of your blanket is expertly assembled, it progresses to our Master Long-arm Machinist and primary Quality Control specialist. Here, the blanket undergoes a "sealing" process, incorporating up to 100,000 stitches to ensure both durability and visual appeal.

Binding and Final Q.C.
Following the long-arm stitching phase, your Jersey Blanket is meticulously returned to the Lead Expert Seamstress for the final touches of binding and a comprehensive quality control check, ensuring perfection in every detail.
